Kurban Travel is a leading travel agency based in Beirut, known for its premium service and global reach. Despite a strong reputation, their digital acquisition was fragmented. They had visibility but lacked a structured system to capture high-intent leads for specific holiday packages.
Kurban Travel was facing what many travel agencies experience:
- High noise, low signal: Lots of social engagement, but hard to track actual bookings
- Fragmented data: Leads coming from WhatsApp, DM, phone, and email without a central view
- Seasonal pressure: Need to fill specific packages (e.g., Christmas, New Year) in a short window
- Creative fatigue: Need for constant fresh content to stand out in a crowded market
They needed a system that didn't just get "likes" but drove qualified inquiries for specific destinations.

We built a campaign structure focused on Lead Generation via Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
- Destination-Specific Campaigns: Separate funnels for "Ski Holidays," "Sun Escapes," and "European City Breaks"
- High-Intent Lead Forms: Capturing details (Budget, Destination, Dates) upfront to qualify leads
- Retargeting Layers: Re-engaging people who viewed packages but didn't inquire

We moved away from generic stock photos to dynamic, motion-based ads that showcased the experience of the trip, creating emotional urgency.
